Return Process

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached and undamaged.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
